Dear Sir,
We had applied for additional connection for bathroom alonwith due payment of Rs.2500.00 vide our cheque no.582919 dt.[protected] issued on Bank. of India.
We live on 1st floor and have one connection in kitchen since long.
After almost one month your technician team visited our residence for survey. They informed us that piping has to be routed thru inside of our bed room, which we had opposed and requested to pipe out side of wall of bed room. They promised to send some engineers.
On[protected], your TPI persons (1) Mr. Goswami Rakesh and (2) Mr. Patel Jignesh visited my house in my absence and repeated the same story. I told over phone to give me in writing that company can not make piping out side of wall. According to me it is possible by using ladder. They denied to give in writing and told me to come to office and meet seniors.
How can i agree to make piping inside my bed room ?
If it is true that it is policy of company (as per words used by yr people), it should have been mentioned in the application form.
Please do the needful.
NB : It is also observed many times that even aftyer making payments, reminder calls are received from company. Only after our personal visit to Maninagar office, we get rid of such calls.
