[Resolved]  Shopping. Rediff.com — Poor Customer service by the Customer care officer

Dear All,
I Navin have purchased an I pod online thru Rediff Shopping on 21-Feb-2009 and the product which I have received was damaged and when I have compalined the same to th Rediff Customer care I was informed to send the Item to the Vendor and I have done same on 27-Feb-2009 through Professional couriers.
Till 20-Apr-2009 there was no information regarding the same and then they have informed me to send the scan copy of the Dispatch details and I have send the same on 25-Apr-2009.

And I again contacted the customer care on 28Apr-2009 and was attended by Md Alam whom i had said the history of the complaint and he bluntly said that we cannot do anything in this regard and disconnected the call.
Is this way to treat the customer?
In this regard i need your help

dear sir / madam,
this santosh, i have using rediff last 06 year's, rediff is totaly Combatable site of mail box.


but now i want free Upgrade my rediff id to REDIFF PLUS.
there is no option to free, so please Upgrade my rediff id to REDIFF PLUS, Otherwise send me prociger so i will do this...

I ORDERED A PEN SPY CAMERA THROUGH REDIFF SHOPPING FOR THE BIRTHDAY OF MY BROTHER.I PAID PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD, .WHEN I RECIEVED THE PEN, IT WAS NOT IN GOOD CONDITIONS.I BOUGHT A DIFFERET SPY PEN FROM THE MARKET AND GIFTED TO MY BROTHER.
I COMPLAINTED IN REDIFF.THEY SAID I SHOULD SEND BACK THE PEN TO SOME ADRESS IN MUMBAI WHICH I DID.AFTER FEW DAYS I GOT A DIFFERENT PEN .I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MONEY, BUT I GOT PEN BACK.WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH THIS PEN..
MR. JAVED WAS IN TOUCH WITH ME BY EMAILS FROM REDIFF TEAM, BUT NOW EVEN THEY STOP EMAILING ME ALSO AFTER THEY COMMENT ME MONEY BACK.I STILL NOT RECIEVE MONEY.IF THEY WIL DO LIKE THIS ONE DAY NO ONE WILL PURCHASE FROM REDIFF..

The business of mail order works on trust. If the attitude of seller gives slightest doubt to the buyer, he will hesitate and in 80% cases., may drop his option to buy.
