[Resolved]  Bharat Petroleum Gas — Poor response of telephone/ SMS bookings

I am a consumer of bhart gas from malout(dis.mukthsar state punjab) and we are not getting the proper at the time so we go to there office and complaint and the officer didnt pay any attention towards our complaint and then they also told ur that if have any problem from us you can go to our head office and complaint o[censored]s. And they also told that they are not afraid of there head officer.
So sir i request u to take some actions toward then

I m the customer of prakash gas agency in rajender nagar sahiba bad, the main problem is that they are not attending phones properly, their no is [protected] is always busy since morning to the last time when there shop is going closed. they have supplied me a defective cyliender . im trying to contact them but there is no response as telephone is still busy. my consumer no is 17268

defective gas cyliender is supplied to me. my consumer no is 17268. im trying to register complaint regarding this but fail as telephone is busy since 09.30

I am consumer of Bharat Gas serviced & no : N10295 of Binani Distributor.14, Suren Tagore Road.Kolkata-700019.Never ever i get thourgh the phone provided by the agency. Even after 30 calls, no one picks up the calls here.Today reported 10.30 am to agency that my full cylinder is leaking but no body has turn up for rectification or repair up till now . Nobody has bother about the same but yet to get the cylinder.
Horrible experience for last 2 years & specially today.

I am consumer of Bharat gas and the no. is 43860 of Sandesh Gas Suppliers, pimpri, pune.
I have the cylinder to my native place, Kerala. The kerala people asking the net transfering letter for the connection.
I have spoken with Pune People, they are not responding for the above matter. the tyransfer no is TV No. [protected] dated 20/01/2011 and SV No. is [protected] dated 14/05/2007. Kindly do the neeful
