I, Anoop Kumar Srivastava worked in ATPS, GMDC, Kutch, Gujarat for the period of 22 May 2004 to May 2009.I resigned my service from GMDC, Gujarat of dated 27 April 2009. And Now, I joined Lanco Anpara Power (P) Limited, Anpara, Distt: Sonebhadra, Uttar Pradesh.
Sir, I have taken PLI policies in Gujarat State but Due to change of my Job I am facing problem to deposit monthly premium in Gujarat circle. So, I want to transfer my all PLI policies from Gujarat circle to Uttar Pradesh circle as earliest as possible.Kindly send information about the status of aforesaid policie. please inform to me.Since I don't get about any e-mail address of your circle, I prefer this fourm to lodge my complaint.This application I had all ready posted to

I am D.JAYA RAMA KRISHNA working in Viskhapatnam Steel Plant as an Assistant Manager (EMD). Sri BGK Gandhi has came to me on 3/12/2008 and ask me to take the PLI for the above particulars. I have joined on his advise. Acceptence letter for the same is reached to me on 26/12/2008. The monthly premium is regularly deducting from my salory. but i didn't recieved the policy bond so far. So, you are requested to please persue.
