Sir, I am serving in Border security force .My Service No. is[protected] HC/RO Sunil Kumar, while I am in Signal Training School Bangalore in 2005-06, I had taken a PLI from the rep of 56 A.P.O with Premium Rs 475/- per month since 2006 till date . Premium is continuously deducted from my Pay directly but no any bond form received by me till date after lapse of approx 07 years. At that time my unit is 47 Bn BSF

Non receipt of PLI POLICY BOND

Sir, I am serving in BRO. MY GS No 192709 P Chandra prakash singh is working at HQ CE (P) Vijayak C/O 56 APO. I have received acceptance letter of PLI proposal bearing Policy No. APS[protected]M dated 31 Aug 2012 in the month of Jan 2013, when I was on the posted strength of 1448 BCC(GREF) C/O 99 APO. But till date, I have not received the policy bond. A monthly premium of INR 3150.00 is deducting from my salary.
In view of above it is requested to kindly send Policy Bond paper at the earliest on my present address. If my original bond paper missed en route of dispatch, please send a duplicate bond paper as early as possible to avoid any complication at later stage. For the act of this kindness, I shall be very grateful to you.
