[Resolved]  Power Grid Corporation — FPO -REFUND

I had applied fort the FPO of POWER GRID CORPORATION,through Geojit BNP Paribas Financial Servcies -Royapettah office , where I have my demat and trading a/c .On the advice of the Br.Manager I had applied for 1100 shares @ Rs.90 and paid Rs.99000/ by cheque on Nov 04th.After the allotment, as 1:1 for the category,I contacted them as I didnot get the allotment nor refund.They were unable to give an answer .Then I complained to Karvy Compushare,Hyderabad and they informed that a refund was sent to me and my application was rejected.The refund was returned by postal authorities , when the addressee was available full time at the place(house). No reason to send the refund when ECS facility is available .All because of the negligence of Geojit Staff . I should get compensation for the loss of money . Who will make good the loss ?
