i recharged with 30 rupees but 707 rupees diducted from my account.and i got the recharge wit 707 but i just want only 30 rupees recharge not 707.so please cancell the transaction and refund the amount Was this information helpful? | 
Prepaid recharge — recharge amount not uploaded
I had recharged my prepaid mobile no [protected] with Rs.202/- on 12th february 2009 around 10.00 pm.approximately from the Airtel Agent at Baraca Road, kilpauk.To my surprise the amount was not credited to my Mobile Account till date. On enquiry with the Agent it was informed that the Electronic credit was wrongly given to mobile number [protected] instead of my mobile number.
The Agent has been helpless in getting the wrong credit reversed.
Kindly look into the matter and ensure that the Amount of Rs 202/ is immediately credited to my mobile No [protected] immediately and oblige.Thanking you,
