Prestige Cooker — Cooker Blast

I have 3.5 year old Prestige Aluminium Cooker in my home. It is in good condition.

Today suddenly it blasted in kitchen and my wife had burns and injuries. In the cooker we had sufficient water.

What concerns me is if there is safetly value and preasure wait. Why there is a blast?


I always believed that presitge cookers are safe and I always insisted everybody to buy only prestige cooker.

Now I am thinking twice to buy it again.
