This is the letter i wrote 2 them 2 months back.but they did not get back................... I bought a steel cooker in Nov 2004 from Trupti emporium Dadar.I have the warranty card and bill for 10 years.Now when i use the cooker the lid just gets sucked in and when the whistle is removed it comes back with a bang which is very dangerous and the base is also loose. at the shop your co. man has put a sticker of only 50 percent discount.i have spoken 2 Mr Shetty of your service centre but even he says only 50'/,I am not happy withit as its within the warranty period.i have bought the cooker back home. you will have2 give me a new cooker as a replacement or i will have 2 go 2 the consumer grievence cell for the same.Hope 2 hear from you soon.
