[Resolved] Nokia N70 — PROBLEM OF PHONE MEMORY FOR NOKIA N70 | |
I have purchased Nokia N70 in August 2007. Since then I have faced many problems such as 1) Phone Memory is always full 2) Mobile hangs periodically 3) Unable to transfer the date from Phone memory to Memory Card Till date I have sent my mobile 4 times for repairs at your Nokia Care, Shop No.4, Laxmi Sagar Co-op Hsg Society, Opp HDFC Bank, Under Post Office, Dombivili (East) - 421 201 but stiil my problem is unresolved. Last week when I went to your Dombivili (East) Centre I was not given any proper reply from your representatives. I regret to say that service centre of Nokia is very poor while dealing with such problems (listed above). If this situation remains then probably I will have to make a switch from Nokia. Nokia 70m — Replacement of Nokia N70 MUSIC EDITION
I brought N70 music edition phone on 09/12/2007 and since then i have given three times that phone for repairing for the same problem.This time when it again went out of service i asked them for replacement as my phone is a brand new phone with a proper bill but Nokia Care centre flatly refused. When i try to load softwares or mp3 songs in memory card it removes all the gallery photos and all the songs. I have already told to customer care that i am facing this problem from many times and one year is going to be done but they dont give me any satisfactory answer and simply says there is a virus problem in your device. My device has been formatted three times and i have lost my all the imp. msgs and contact and this time it is also showing me this problem and sometimes when i switch off my mobile it doesnt oen, so please take a necessary action on my complaint and before completion of one year period from the purchasing please change my nokia handset N70M.In anticipation of your prompt response,

..also m phone memory data (ie sms folders) is not viewable..i did not ever delete m phone memory sms neither did i format m phone memory..can i retrive this lost data sum how..i also went to nokia care dadar and at lower parel.they said it can not resloved.they have not instrested at al to listen to m complaint. is their any software or sumthing on net..all m smses very important and had imp numbers too.waitin ur earlist reply

Try and correct the problem of fullmemory even if it is deleted.Also upgrade your phone with the fax facility.

not enough memory to perform operation.delete some data first...
My Nokia N70 Music Edition automatically get on loudspeaker & music player at the time of any Incoming/Outgoing Calls.

Dear Sir,
I submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 70-1Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point, Hazratganj, Lucknow Job sheet No[protected]/080701/25 on dated 1-7-2008.
reporting no sound/voice from a phone call from other side.
However I would like to bring to your kind notice that the same problem has occurred in month of May-2008. For this I had submitted my mobile phone model Nokia N 70-1Music Edition for service in warranty to Care point, Hazratganj, Lucknow
on dated[protected].The same has been repaired and was handed over to me after 18 days.
I have purchased the said mobile on 20th of March 2008 from Ganpati Mobile Sri Ram Tower, Ashoka Marg, Lucknow. Now I am having such problem repeatedly.
I never expected such type of problem from your reputed company even in my dream. So pl. look into the matter and if not possible to rectify the problem permanently please replace the mobile set by a new one.
