Employee's Providents Fund Organisation [EPFO]

[Resolved]  Provident Fund — Provident fund amount not credited

I submitted the PF withdrawal form duly approved by my previous company to the Gurgaon PF office in sector-44 on 7th Dec'07. Its been more than 8 months & i am still awaiting my PF amount to get Credited in my bank account.
I need the money urgently for some reason. Pls look into the matter & help me getting the requited amount credited.

your kind cooperation will save me from my finacial problem.

Dear sir/Madam,
Most repectfully i would like to inform you that i was an employee in Organisation called ACCENTURE located in Bangalore and i had resigned from there in February.I had filed to withdraw my Provident fund amount but my company finance section has filed it on 03.06.2008.Its being 7 months now i have not yet received my provident fund amount.I would like to request you to kindly assist and would be glad if i could know the status of my provident fund amount withdrawl.

Most repectfully i would like to inform you that i was an employee in Organisation Centurion Bank of Punjab located at Mumbai .I had filed to withdraw my Provident fund amount and Bank is alos submitted Form to your office of 19th june 2009 months now i have not yet received my provident fund amount.I would like to request you to kindly assist and would be glad if i could know the status of my provident fund amount withdrawl..Please look into the matter, its been a long wait.
