[Resolved]  Provident Fund Office — EPS amount not credited

Below mentioned are the details of my PF account:

PF No : HR/GGN/25531/5982
Previous Organisation: Fidelity Business Services Ind.Pvt.Ltd
Emp No : A410444


My previous company HR dept submitted PF withdrawal form 19 & form 10C on my behalf. My EPF amount has been credited but EPS amount has not been credited into my account.

I have received PF Amount on 06th Jun-09 but I have not received EPS amount to my ICICI account( A/C #[protected].


Note : HR dept is saying that they submitted both EPF & EPS were together.


Could you please look into the issue and help me in getting EPS amount.
