[Resolved] Pure IT — Non availability of bill and warranty card | |
Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased Pureit water filter from the agent after demonstration on 09/1/2009. The agent promised that he will send the bill and warrenty card within tow days and told thats the procedure followed during house demonstration. But I didn't receive till date contacting the agency and raising the complaint using customer care also. So kindly do the needful and take necessary action againest the people.
