[Resolved] Pure IT — germ kill kit | |||
Hello I am Mrs. Paromita Nandagiri frm Pune Air force station Lohagaon. I had placed order for germ kill kit on 5th june2012 but no one has turned up till today[protected]. Then i have put thrice a complaint in their customer care service n always they said that within 72 hrs their executive will turn up but yet not nothing is done. I am facing lots of problem because of it. I have been using pureit since two yrs and not a single time they have come and replaced the germ kill kit on time. They know to make people fool to show their adds on T.V but after that their service is very-very poor. So, i request you to kindly do the needful.
