Pure IT — Not provided the service | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased one pureit water filter , & my ID No. is [protected], my complaint is,i booked the battery on 28th April'11 & they committed to us they give service within same day or next before 8.00PM but they not provided the services as per there committed. Again i contacted 4times to the pureit customer care they said we luanched your complain & forwarded to our area manager . But till now they not taken any step or not provide the service.
