[Resolved] Pure It / Hindustan Unilever — No demo / installation

even after calling up customer care 4 (FOUR) times since last 10 (TEN) days for the request demo / installation of new pure-it I ALREADY HAVE, nobody has turned up till date.
VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I WANT TO ESCALATE THIS ISSUE TO THE TOP MANAGEMENT.
I also do agree with that.
I have purchased Pure it almost fifteen days back, from the first day its tap is leaking. I called that customer care and their executive came and told that he didnt have the new tap he'll do if tomorrow and afterwards he never came back.
After that I called customer care almost 5 to 6 times and every time they say that it'll be done in next one day.
After every one day of my complaint I get an SMS saying that your complaint has been attended Please give your feedback.
I dont understand what kind of process they follow. How they can send SMS saying so, even if no executive visited or called for the same. Such a pathetic experience I had.
I also want to escalate this issue to the higher mangement.
