I m using the Rs. 2000/- compact Pure it (20 litres ) for last 1and half year. Each time i suffer to get Germkill kit for me. Whenever I went to the company they said no stock. i am ordering through the phone or sending SMS and i am wasting the money for last 10 months. This is the seventh time I am suffering to get this kit. whenever I am calling the helpline each time different person attend the phone and said we are taking your order and send within 72 hrs to your home address. but still I have not get the kit.My product no. is RPM[protected]
