[Resolved] Pure IT — No technician ever came | |||
I purchased one year back Pureit Compact which was working okay but while cleaning it, an "ear-shaped" part in the middle chamber behind the battery kit broke and as a result filtration stopped. So i called the helpline to register the complaint. At first i was told that within 2 days, a technician will be sent. But no one was sent. I again called after a week and again the same thing was told. It is now almost 20 days and no one came to attend it. I am left with no other choice but to think of purchasing any other water purifier, but no more pureit again. Was this information helpful? | |||
