I hv purchased i unit of pure it compact from D mart thane on 13/06/2011
as per company guidlines i started using the pure it from 14/06/2011 but immediately i could see a heavy leakage from the unit....so i reqistered the complaint at the customer care ....company person came on 16/06/2011 for visit and attanded ...according to him the fitting was loose ...he did something ....after 1 hr again the leakage started...informed to customer care and the same person...the same person visited again and now he said the battery is faulty ...next day he replaced the battery ....but the problem was still there..next day he again visited and now he said the upper unit has to be replaced...so on the conferencc we hv spoken with the customer care for the same....i was promised that the problem will be resolved within 24 hrs...but till today 01/07/2011after registering so many complaints the problem is still there....today i received a call saying that we hv no stock of spare parts.......
It is the worst product in its category in the market with the poorest service I have ever experienced.
I have had to register complaints for it every day; It takes 18 days for anyone to attend the complaint
Pathetic when it has not worked then how is the life up?? What happened to all promises given when you buy the product. Someone needs to give replacement. Was this information helpful? |
