[Resolved] Pure IT Water Purifiers — poor service, tact to install RO system | |
purchased pure it about 10 months back. company assured regarding regular service. but no body is comoing to change the filters and kit which they assured and pomoted before installing this purifier. Rather company sales representative are compelling to install their RO system and pay extra amount of Rs 8000/-. . and they do not want to service this instrument. So they are selling this product only to promote sale of their RO system and they will not provide good service for this RO system even as they have developed habit of betraying. Even I have bought PureIT a year back n now it has started leaking from the joints, making a whole mess in the kitchen, while pouring new water stock for purifying, every day ! This is nothing but purely a design & manufacturing defect, so please replace my set with a new one through your distributor in Old Goa.
