No service after Order / Complain several times
I have purchased a water purifier (pure it) in August 2011 of Hindustan Unilever Limited from Morden Electronics Kirkee Pune-3.Unfortunately dual chamber shaft broken. I had order for it on 09/02/2012 as per my order placed by me its cost was Rs 420 plus 30 service chargers order it by pure it call center [protected]. Till date I haven't received any type of service in fact I call at said number daily. I have assured daily saying your complain will solved at the earlist
My complain number is C[protected] and RFS/1317768 . Please resolved this matter as soon as possible.
