[Resolved]  Pure IT Water Purifiers — battery cover broken

Sir i have given a complaint for battery change for my pure it water purifier, they attained the complaint but while Channing the battery one of the sales executive broke the battery cover inner lock on asking he replied that it is the problem in all units and give reason that it is broken because of the lock dipping long time in the water. on asking of changing it he ask to purchase the same, I have bought the unit just one year back, so i have to change the lock every year? Moreover it is water purifier so naturally they have to use part water friendly and when I logged the complaint regarding this customer care gave me the complaint no and without visiting they messaged me next day that your complaint has been resolved on asking the same to customer care they gave me number of the distributor in Surat, but the number is changed long time back so I have to again call customer care for the same and they replied that from our distributor it is confirmed as complaint resolved.
