[Resolved] Pureit - Autofill — Replacement of Sensor | |||
This is regdng the complnt regd of hindustan unilever pureit purchased fm Palakkad branch on 12th June 2010(near Malayalamanorama office) it has been creatng prblm since bigng.1st was of battery which didn't last even 5 mnths, now it has started overflowing due to problem of sensor. The main thing is the no responds attitude of the persons handling customer service. In the last case n this case they r very casual in dealing with the customers.They infmd us that their sales n service centre r different now n customers would report to service center.From there also the same coldness I found in the dealing.Since last friday the product is overflowing n was attended only on 31st.Is there only one person to attend the complaints 4 the district?After regstrng complnt also no responds fm their side, I hv not recvd any call fm them.I want my sensor or the product to be replaced with immediate effect.I hv spent so much money on autofill.If it can't provide the service I need it should be tkn bck n amt should b returned.ID-RPMAF00038934.Geetha-[protected]/[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
