[Resolved] Pureit Compact — BAD TASTE/ LEAKAGE AND NO REPLACEMENT OF THE DEVICE | |||
I HAVE PURCHASE PUREIT COMPACT ON 23/12/2010 AT IN BETWEEN 19:30 T0 19:45, AND I HAD LAUNCH A COMPLAINT ON 24/12/2010 TO PUREIT CUSTOMER HELPLINE NO. AND AFTER SEVERAL TIME, BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE. AFTER THAT I COMPLAIN TO FROM I PURCHASE THAT DEVICE, SERVICE EXECUTIVE WILL COME (SEVERAL TIMES) BUT THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT IN THAT DEVICE. AT LAST I WROTE A LETTER TO HLL PUREIT SERVICES FOR REPLACEMENT OF THAT DEVICE ON 04/01/2011. BUT THEY TOLD ME THAT WE ARE NOT REPLACE THIS DEVICE, WE CAN REPAIR THIS DEVICE ONLY.
