Dear sir, Hello. My pureit is not working because battery kit is totality finished.I mean battery life indicater is totaley RED.so Pls change immediately battery kit. I have placed a battery kit (Rs.365) for my water Purifier on 3-Jan-2011. Regarding this I have given complaint on the following dates but no response given from any of the person and battery kit5-Jan-2011 Complaint No.[protected]

For making this call itself I have spent Rs.50 & my time. How are you going compensate the same. After giving this many complaints also I have not got the battery kit. They why they are giving this many Complaint No.

Dear sir,Recently they delivered one battery kit which was not packed properly. Inside all the kit are black in colour which is not fit for fixing. I showed to the delevired person who told all the pieces are like that only.
Pls. instruct me how i can find it is original .because the standard is not like the Hindustan product.Pls. reply me immediatly .
