[Resolved] Pureit Hindustan Lever — Water Leakage & worst service by customer care | |||
Pureit - product by HLL. The worst ever prodcut and worst to worst is customer care center. I request millions of people please wake up. The customer care center when i called for logging my genuine complaint. Mr Rohan Bhat customer care sr executive tells me, they are not responsible for taking the responsibility of the services offered by their customer care service center. My device is not functioning even after changing battary within 6 months. I am facing constant water leakage problem. One week later after making constant followups, someone visits to my house, open the device, says, some part is broken, and its not functioning due to that. I will bring that part and fix the machine again. He left, and its 5th day, he has not turned up. I am making constant calls and follow up with customer care number. Where i get answer from the Sr person that - We are not responsible for taking the responsibility of the services offered by their customer care service center. They are worsssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssst.......they harrasssssssssssssssssse customers like anything. Customer care executive are so rude in handling the customers on calls. Hindustan Lever -Pureit — bad customer service and field technician
This is to bring in notice of everyone that the customer service of Pureit is not at all upto the standard. We have been facing lot of problem. To begin with , rather than purifying its giving yellow water. When called to complain they , paid dint pay a heed. Spoke to someone named Indrani Basu , Floor Supervisor from Pureit Customer care in Kolkata. They simply the understand but what do they understand wen we say WE COULDNOT DRINK WATER FOR TWO DAYS! i bet nothing.. When we called the technician, Upen Chandra Nath (#[protected]) h said he will come by evening. Household work went stagnant because of their lack of responsibility towards work. And yes, they donot send Techs for FOC, they charge n on top of it tolerate their 'care-a-less-attitude'. I would never suggest anyone to go for a product whose Customer Service is sooo bad ! Its bettr we stick to our age old filter ka pani... Nowadays everyone SALES but AFTER SALE SERVICE ... i gues no one knows the actual meaning to that...Pureit Hindustan Lever — bad water quality

we (customer ) have to take strict action against such fake big name fraud companies. and if they didnt replace or return your amount then we are free for advertisement against such worst company
