[Resolved]  Pureit Marvella — change of pleated filter

I HAD PURCHASED A PUREIT MARVELLA .AT THRE TIME OF PURCHASE THE SELLER HAD NOT INFORMED ME REGARDING THE CHANGE OF THE PLEATED FILTER TO BE DONE EVERY 6 MONTHS. SO THIS IS IN ADDITION TO THE 650 RS. THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE GERMIKILL KIT. CAN THE COMPANY PLEASE INFORM THE SELLERS TO INFORM THE BUYERS WHILE PURCHASING THE MACHINE ABOUT THIS ADDITIONAL COST?NO ONE HAD INFORMED ME ABOUT THIS.ISNT THIS CHEATING FROM YOUR SIDE?

With regards to your concern of changing the pleated filter every six months, the age of the pleated filter will be decided on the usage and water quality and need to replace when it turns to brownish color to get safe and pure water. It is not mandatory to replace it every six months.
