[Resolved] PureIT Water Filter Battery Kit — Battery replacement not done even after calling 6 times | |||
Respected Sir, It been a very niggling experience with HUL Pure IT battery Kit. I booked the battery kit on 19th April, 2010. My order ID is S10/HYD[protected]. With repetitive calls to the Hep Desk they informed we are immediately going to replace it within 24 hrs or 72 hrs. Next I received an SMS saying that your battery Kit has been delivered, please confirm by SMS. I replied to the SMS but again all in vain. Next day I called up the Help Desk replied they are going to do it soon, but how soon is unknown. Furthermore, every time I called the Help Desk they insisted in malpractices of taking the higher end battery kit, which cost nearly double. I would request you to kindly look into this issue very seriously about their Services they are following and drawing people to their knees to get the battery kit. Please teach them a lesson so that this is not followed in any case or any customer. I would also like to state that for this non-availability of service I have to purchase mineral water which amounts to Rs 45 per day and that HUL must be forced to deliver this recurring charges, till the battery is delivered.
