[Resolved] PureIT Water Filter — Delay in battery kit delivery | |
Dear sir/madam, On 11 Oct 09 I complained to pureit helpline for replacement of battery kit(Order no. S-09/DLI 0515/007289) but till date no battery kit is supplied to me. Mean time daily I contacted helpline and every time I was assured that battery kit will be supplied to me. On 13 Oct 09I also contacted Mr. Iqbal who installed the water filter and he gave me mobile no. of one Mr. Sanjay when contacted Mr. Sanjay gave me the mobile no. of one Mr. Rajkumar and when contacted Mr. Rajkumar assured me that the battery will be supplied to me. But till date no battery kit is supplied to me. Can you help me? Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |
