Without giving possession no development charges can be levied, it is illegal

A Lot of time has been passed and no question to wait for more time. So now we all hv to decide to take some strong action against builder to-gather in a Big Group, So the meeting with builder get some Positive response. For this Pl. spare some time to go to builder Noida office to meet and demand for refund with interest, if he does not gives suitable answer then we all hv to make united forum to fight legaly in a big group.
I[censored] all are agreed with me, Pl. confirm first "agreed". after getting yr. confirmation we will decide a suitable date for a meeting with builder in a big group at least 25-to 30 Members.. I[censored] know some one who is having plot but not registered with this forum, Pl try to get confirmation to join us as a group for taken more effective action.

Now any body can suggest that now this time is it good to invest money in plots in pushpanjali meados or still its in Dispute.
Do we have any updates on PP town ph-1 project . have they refund the money ?
Never put your money in Pushpanjali. They sold all the 1200 plots in Pushpanjali BaikunthVrindavan. Now they have started trading in BaikunthVrindavan. They are selling @ 20000/- per sq yds but when investors send some buyer @ 15500/ per sq yds .the executives near the gate spoil investors buyers.

Rather than spoiling the parties they should buy at 15500/- per sq yds. from investors. They still will get 4500/- per sq yds. They should not look at investors profits who have invested money for more than 11 years. The customers are the backbone of the business in the long run.
