PVR Cinemas — amount not refunded for bad transaction | |||
Dear Sir, I had booked the tickets for the movie (3D) The Amazing Spider-Man, 6/29/2012 6:45 PM, PVR Acropolis - Ahmedabad thru my iphone app for which the booking Id was ACRO[protected] and for which the transaction showed failed but my CITI bank credit card was debited. I did received a call and an email (attached below) from the PVR office if I want to avail the tickets or to cancel it. And I informed on the phone itself that I do not want to avail the tickets as I had already booked it at another place. The person on the phone confirmed that he was reverting the amount back to my account. I even emailed to the customer feedback that I do not want to avail the tickets and it has showed bad transaction. But when I received the credit card statement I was surprise to see the amount still reflected in my statement. Upon several emails also there was no response.
