Please see the below mail chains with PVR Cinemas but still didn't get the refund of bad transaction SAHR[protected]. They sent me a mail that refund the amount within 7 working days but now its been more than a month. The transaction stucked in CCavenues with blank screen for more than 1 hour and tickets were not booked but Amount of Rs 330.00 has been deducted from my account. I talked to PVR Sahara via Phone and they said that in this case bank will automatically refund your amount within 72 hours. Then I have again booked the tickets for same movie time and same seats via citibank debit card and it is successfully booked. Below is the details: Movie Name - 3D - Don2 City - Gurgaon Cinema - Sahara(Audi 1) No of seats - 02 Date & Show - 25 December 2011 and 10:00 Seats - Normal - J7 and J8 Total Amount - 330.00 Booking ID - SAHR[protected] Name - Ankita Gupta Debit Card used - Citibank. Then I follow up with citi bank about the failed transaction they said that PVRcinemas had received the same transaction amount as Purchase vocher has been generated for that transaction and you have to follow up with PVR cinemas about the refund of Rs.330.
