Money deducted from bank but seat number not given

I was trying to book two movie tickets from pvrcinemas.com on 21 July Sat 2012. My Rs 333.71/- were deducted but I was not issued any ticket or seat No. My Card No is 4848430000389269 Standard Chartered Bank. So Please revert my money to my bank A/c.
