[Resolved]  Railticketonline.com — Non-refund of amount of cancelled ticket

Dear Sir/ madam,

This is regarding the non-refund of 'cancelled-ticket amount'. I have cancelled my ticket on 28/09/09 on www.railticketonline.com , but still have not received the amount in my account. Inspite of mailing twice to Railticketonline.com, I have got no response. It has been over a month. Please look into the issue and do the needful. I am also attaching the snapshot of the cancelled ticket history.

Here are the details of my ticket.
My Transaction id was [protected].
Booking date- 18/07/2009 Transaction amount- Rs 856
Cancel date- 28/09/2009 Refund amount- Rs 741
My account number is [protected] (Axis Bank)
I have also posted below the conversation that I had with Railticketonline.com and bank (Axis Bank)

As I have said earlier in the first mail, I have cancelled the above mentioned ticket. But I haven't received the cancelled ticket amount.
The cancellation of ticket was done on 28/09/2009. For more clarity, I am hereby attaching a snapshot of the transaction history.

I have cancelled an e-ticket through www.railticketonline..com , the Transaction Id was [protected]. I have confirmed it from customer care service of www.railticketonline.com that they have sent the amount to bank, but it has not been credired to my account. Kindly look into the issue.

Sir
I booked one ticket from SRR to QLN on 12/05/2012 for to journey on19/05/2012
The transaction ID=[protected], PNR=[protected]. The passengers not travelled
with this ticket.So please check about this and please consider this and refund without
any delay.
