[Resolved]  Railticketonline.com — Non Refund of Booking Amount

I Have booked a ticket in the name of Me Devendra Kuamr and two other persons while processing the transaction for payment the net disconnected and ticket could not be booked. When I contacted about the status of the ticket with on the same day i.e. on 06.04.2009 on Ph no [protected] I was told that their site is not working and they took the IBR no RBR 1824757 and told me to call back. At least thrice i contacted them but of no use and when i approached at site
I again contacted the helpline but nothing happend and now i found that the payment has been withdrawn from my bank account Rs.1750. On contacting again they say that no refund can be made.
