[Resolved]  Railticketonline.com — fraud in refunding the money

dear sir i booked railway ticket using railticketonline.com, and i cancelled the ticket, i could not get the refund amount from railticketonline.com, they are asking several details like credit card front page scan, signature verification etc. its very complicated procedure, i submitted all the details, but still i could not get the refund. i am attaching the conversation below.

thanks for reply. i would like to to tell one thing. kindly cancel relationship with www.railticketonline, because they not refunding properly. you can see many complaints against them in consumercomplaint.in, and moreover i am not going to use railticketonline, using CCavenue gateway.
