[Resolved]  Railway Department — Misbehaviour while issuing train pass

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am Kalpana. P from Chennai .Today morning i went to station to take train pass. There ticket issuer( lady) illtreated me. Her way of talking is very worst, she is just throwing my train pass. When I asked why she is throwing like this, she talked badly ' hey you move that side first;

Then, also before me there was a muslim girl(wearing their custom black dress covering her nose). when she asked her to give train ticket mentioning her place name, ticket issuer shouted that " why she is speaking with nose..can you speak with mouth"?

I really felt bad hearing those wordings.

Sir, even we are standing in long queue and getting ticket or pass.
We also have tension.
But we are not the persons to put their tension and also not necessary to get wordings like these from them.

Please Kindly take an immediate action again this so that we may not be illtreated.
Moreover ticket issuing process is also very slow. Due to this, we are missing our trains.

Also please arrange getting tickets in online.
It will be easy for us.
