[Resolved] Railway Reservation — Request no. SR[protected] Wrong debit in my credit card a/c | |
Request no. SR 78701686 There is a wrong debit of Rs. 8474.85 in credit card no. [protected] on 08.06.2008 towards railway reservation. But the transaction was cancelled due to error in credit card payment. On enquiring with Railway authorities, they have confirmed that it was a failed transaction and no funds have been received by ICICI. Kindly recredit the above amt along with interest charged on this to my credit card a/c. I have informed the same to your office under the above referred request no. But I have not received any response till date. I once again request you to look into the matter and do the needful immediately. Was this information helpful? | |

To day morning, I went to get the return reservation done by Kalka mail from New Delhi to Howrah by Sleeper class for 21 oct 2008 at Baruipur, Kolkata Rly reservation counter. before I stood in queue, I checked the availability in the internet and found it is waiting list "7", but the reservation clerk told no room. again I checked in the internet and I could find waiting list "8" now it is 10 past 10AM, and still it is showing waiting list "8". Once I asked the reservation clerk to write the status on my reservation slip, he refused to write anything. Even to talk anything, he told me to be in queue again.
With a great hope I am writing the matter to you, so that like me, no other passenger is sufferer for simply the arrogance of an employee.
