On 30th-Nov 2011 i have deposited rupees 5000/- subscribing to their services. On the same day when i called them to clarify few doubts regarding their past performance figures, they spoke to me rudely and disconnected the phone multiple times in between. On my forth call they told me they want to refund my money back and asked me to send my bank details to them. I sent the details to them but no confirmation from them. Every day i am sending SMS and email to let me know the status but no reply till now. When i called them today for the status, they told me that they will not refund the amount and asked me to do what i can do.
