HI,
I am holding abn amro credit card(Now rbs) and i called up customer care for full & final settelement.They said to settle for 20k.and also gave me the ref no to my e mail.
Almost 2 weeks over no body called from bank authorised person to collect it.
i am told them pl come and collect the amt in time other wise i will be left with no amt.
but still no body is responding and collecting the amt.

hello there,
what kind of an autocratic bank rbs bank is.
i have been your customer for last four years.
and i have been a real loyal one. i have never defaulted on any of your payments never requested a refund.
i only use the card for my online activities. and still what you did to me is unfair.
I only use your card and no other bank . i defer keeping multiple cards.
my limit was 1lac rs which you people reduced to 32500 rs and now what you have done is disaster .you have reduced the limit to
rs 3200.
i earn quite handsomely and i have no probs .but still you guys are creating problems for me which is unacceptable.
you simply state you dont want to have loyal customers i will simply withdraw my account from you.
but whats the fun in doing what you people are doing.
sometimes you offer me a platinum card . which i didnt want to take because i was happy with my gold card.
this is very shamefull on your part. please take some action swiftly .or i will be forced to discontinue my card with you and go to another bank. as i have some monthly paymnets to be made to google thru this account.
again my card number is xxxx in the name of raman dipak.
my account balance is clear and i have no defaults.
and last month there was some server problem in my bank account because of which one of my cheques got bounced to rbs. othere wise in the last four years history every single paisa stands clear.
and i am quite well off in terms of assets and income so diffrentiate between a loyal customer and a fraud.

rbs bank — Bill dispute & Late fee reversal

A bill dispute Rs.- 100 on April 2010 month statment Card No. [protected] not solved yet after many follow up.I already summit all card on dated 28/09/2010. Now I am agree to pay the diputed amount without any late fee. But Bank added late fee every month & send bill when I already resister complaint (Ref. No.[protected] for reversal of late fee

rbs bank — CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had purchased ELSS Mutual Funds from ABN Amro Bank in Jan 2008 . After completion of three years I requested for redemption from the Bank which is no RBS Bank .
Its appaling to see the attitude of the RBS Bank employees carelessness , they forgot to fill in the number o[censored]nits in the form and resulting into which the fund house rejected the application
Yes RBS Bank did apologize for the mistake that thier employee did but if these foreign banks can do such mistakes then what about the other banks in the country
I am extremely dissatified with their service and I hope I can file a case against them towards mental torture for a tune of 5 Lakhs .They simply deserve it wasting other people's precious time and energy and in that process I also lost fund value since the markets went down If I am to claim the mutual fund.
The only thing that they mentioned was that they will send home delivery for the redemption from and a boutquet of flowers .How can I leave them when they wasted my precious time and energy and I had patiently waited at the bank for more than a hour for this same redemption

rbs bank — lack of support and improper policies

Due to inconvenience of making one time payment I had requested with credit card collection department so many time to assist me by providing instalment facilities. However, everytime the customer service person promising but doing nothing and saying that this is not in their policy and forcing their customer to default by adjusting the payment to interest.

It is quite regretful to see a reputed Bank like RBS cannot provide a suitable solution to an genuine customer whose willingness to pay has become a suffering due to improper handling of the case by the customer care depatment.

The case is has been treated as if the client is not willing or not paying.

I have been paying my minimum amount due from more than two years and always requesting for some easy payment solution but the amount so paid is getting adjusted in interested charge,late payment charges etc etc and the principal amount due remaining the same.

The payment made as Minimum amount due will approx to Rs 50000 or more and all getting adjusted in Charges while my actual due still standing at around Rs.29000.

I am extremely dissatisfied and feel victimised by the policies and the operational system of RBS

Kindly help me with the next possible step as i am extremely harrased and traumatised by the customer care department.
