Rbs Bank — deducted non maintenance heavy amount rs 27486.96/- from my rbs account

Hi,
Rbs bank converted my zero balance salary account to saving account in dec 2011 without any intimation to me. My company opened my salary account in 2006 this account were with abn amro later rbs taken over. These accounts were my salary (A/c no. 1173611) & reimbursement accounts (A/c no. 1201292) and both were interlinked. Minimum balance needs to be maintained in account was rs 10, 000/- for one saving account.

After conversion of these accounts to saving account, rbs started deducting non-maintenance from my account 1173611. As both were interlinked they started deducting non maintained till the time my account 1201292 balance got lower than 10, 000/-. And then they started deducting from both accounts and made my balance almost zero.

I also got call from there customer care in year 2012 and i asked their customer care person/ executive that the accounts were still salary accounts or got converted to saving accounts but that person confirmed me both the accounts were still salary accounts and also said i will get intimation whenever they will convert my accounts from salary to saving accounts, but rbs bank had sent no intimation and no calls regarding conversion of account to saving account to me. I called costumer care in feb 2015 and got a shock that only rs 2000/- were remaining in my account and charges were deducted against non-maintenance for both accounts.
Despite of visiting numerus times to there rbs noida branch, i requested ms simran, mr. Lokesh etc no one helped me. They only refunded some amount of rs 2200/- against deducted amount rs 27486.96/-, after lot of follow ups, visit, mails and calls.

I also sent complaint to rbs scotland regarding this but got no satisfactory answer in april 2015 (Refer attached mails). I was hope less after that.
I asked rbs bank concern person in noida branch to convert my accounts to zero balance accounts. But even after conversion to accounts to zero balance saving account and i followed their rules of monthly transaction related, they again deducted non-maintenance from both account (Refer mail dated 03 july 2015).

I had given them change of address application/ request in feb 2015 but even after one month of that, when i asked them to give me statement hard copy, the address was the old address of sector 41 noida on statement, but new address was sector 48 gurgaon. Still it is not correct in received statement (Refer attached statement-4 file).

I have again sent complaint to rbs scotland online and then got acknowledgment from them. I asked them to share my statements for both the accounts from period april 2010 to april 2015. Then they again asked me that they will send statements on sector 41 noida address as this was the address showing in there data, i have shared the statement showing address of sector 48 gurgaon. Then got statement in which you can see the deducted amount from both my accounts (Refer attached statement files).
This is the utter negligence on rbs bank part refer above stated incidents. I got not satisfactory response neither from rbs team noida branch, nor got satisfactory response from online complaints to rbs bank.

Please help me to get refund of my hard earned money from this rbs bank they have no ethic and emotions for their customers.
