i was holding a credit card of rbs bank. the bank cancelled my card without any prior intimation/information . i also had 2290 cash back points in my account which was equivalent to 2290 rupees. the bank sent me a cheque of 859.50 rupees as final settlement. when asked they said that since the card has been cancelled i will not get full benefit of cash back points. what logic!!!!!! they cancelled the card and they forfeited my reward points too... shame. just a way of not having to redeem the points.
