[Resolved]  RBS credit card — FORCIBLY TAKING VARIOUS CHARGES

Just go through the matter and do the needful as these foriegn banks are compeling me to adopt the unethical practices and enforcing me to act as the fraudlent people.

It is informed to you that i am having a credit card no.[protected] with your bank and due to some unfortunate events the payment cheque of last month was returned but as i got the message the cash amount was deposited on the very next day in your branch of barakhamba delhi.

So kindly let me know why you people have imposed such a huge amount of charges over me as i am a previalage customer of yours from the last two three years.

Let me inform you that already i have interacted with the call center executives but they are not ready to take my request .So just go through the matter and waive of the charge ASAP and tell me the amount which i have to deposit for this month cycle as still i have the faith in higher authorties and they will not compel me to go for some unethical practices.

Dear sir,

For your kind information it is informed to you that i had not deposited the amount due to non availability of statement in time and one more reason was my transfer in Allahabad(i.e.one of my friend has deposited the amount tentively only on assumption).So its my humble request to waive my charges
so that i could continue to enjoy the services of your previlege bank .So on humanity background and seeing the track record of my credit card you people can go for the things or i have to raise the issue in front of consumer court n RTI as i have already discussed the matter with my legal advisor and he advised me to surrender the card and take the legal measures.

Dear sir,

For your kind information it is informed to you that i had not deposited the amount due to non availability of statement in time and one more reason was my transfer in Allahabad(i.e.one of my friend has deposited the amount tentively only on assumption).So its my humble request to waive my charges
so that i could continue to enjoy the services of your previlege bank .So on humanity background and seeing the track record of my credit card you people can go for the things or i have to raise the issue in front of consumer court n RTI as i have already discussed the matter with my legal advisor and he advised me to surrender the card and take the legal measures.
