CHEATING OF 6 YEAR VALIDITY My number is [protected] my number is already one year validity i got msg from vodafone 6 years validity offer recharge with Rs301. i have recharge with that i got msg extend validity ONEVAL TO 111 i have send that i got msg you have four more chance to extend validity .But my validity has not changed. can give me detail of this cheating Was this information helpful? | |

Recharge — excutives not get us proper feedback
I have a complaint that I have tried to a lots of time to the customers care for that I have not able to get paper recharge. But I have not satisfied for with the customers care excutives.First time I complaint on the 22 of July and excutive give a date of 25 July for solve my querry but when I checked on 25 July problem is still there I again made a call to customer care amd told him the problem they again gave me next complaint no. for solve time was 29 July. In this time I not got a conformation massage from your side. The date had gone I again made a call to and they give me again a next complaint no. the solve date was 1st of August.
I want to when will be solve my problem. If it will not solve soon then I will close my vodafone prepaid no. and I will never use vodafone. I hope that I woould not think the customer care of vodafone is not too good as other in future so solve it as soon as possible. I am waiting for a positive response from your side...
