I have recharged my voucher 1/2 hour bk, it is been successful. However I did not get the message on my T.V screen. Do chk it urgently.

It was to be done by 21st june 08. So I have got it done today.
But no message.

Recharge — payment cut but recharge not done

i hd recahrge my moble no [protected] by recharge on line through net banking .money cut from my account but my phone has not been recharged. please give my money back

Dear Sir,

I have recharged my VODAFONE mobile no [protected] (New Delhi & NCR), online (through the website, www.rechargeitnow.com) on Sat, 30.10.10 with Rs 115.00.

The offer shows that my account shall be credited by 230 STD minutes but instead of getting the same, my mobile balance is credited by Rs 102.26 (in main balance), in other terms they have recharged my mobile by some other plan.

I called at Vodafone customer care, after a paid conversation of more than 9 minutes (in which there were at least 3 number of holds from vodafone executive side), they insisted that it can not be resolved at this time and I should make again a call (of course paid one!!!) to customer care after 24 hours!!!!

Please look into the matter.

Today dated 13th April 2011 time 8.45 a.m. i have recharged with Rs. 24 to activate the scheme of 10 Paise per minute but still now (its evening) the scheme has not been activated whereas i have received an SMS about recharge (TransID:[protected]) of Rs. 24.0 which i have saved but still the calling rates are as per 1/p per sec. why still the scheme has not been activated. i trying to give call to the customer care but the line is busy from morning. what to do?
tata docomo prvides poor customer care services... Customer care executives are so rude... the line to customer care executive is not easily provided

Recharge — Money Deducted but balance not credited

I had applied for Reliance prepaid mobile recharge of Rs. 50 for Number [protected] on dated 24.06.11 in website freerecharge.com.
