Recharge It Now — Payment done & recharge failure | |||
Dear Sir, I Priyankal, made online recharge of AIRTEL service through rechargeitnow. On[protected] first recharge was made at 9:15 but at that time an amount of Rs 333 was deducted from my netbanking account till the amount was not refund. Also due to urgency i made second recharge operation at 10:00 Pm but again the amount of Rs 333 was deducted from my netbanking account and recharge was not happenced. In this way , rechargeitnow team take an amount of Rs 666 from my account but not provide my the recharge till that time. Plz consider and do the needful..
