RechargeItNow — Failed recharge

Respected sir,
with all due submission and respect, i wish to say that I have recharged my mobile no. through rechargeitnow.com but due to some technical error it got failed. I received failure email, but the amount 110 rs has been deducted from my account. According to there policy they refund it with in 10 days but its already gone 20 days i haven't received my money. i have requested many mails and but the won't give any response. details are given below
