i tried an online recharge for my airtel mobile number [protected] , for Rs 333. the money was deducted from my sbi account through net banking , but my phone did not recharge . the date of this transaction was 16 sep 2012. i have filed a complaint on the contact us option ,the next day , and further the escalation option after the stipulated one week. i have still not recd any recharge from the company nor any communication from their customer execuitves Was this information helpful? | |||
