I Would like to say that I was recharging my Dish TV no [protected] on amount of Rs 200 on[protected], from www.rechargeitnow.com by using my SBI ATM card. while recharging the said amount was dedected from my account but at last stage of transition your server seem to have some tecnical problem and amount was neither refunded nor transferred to my dish TV. please confirm the said problem and take necessary action regarding this. Dear Customer,
we have checked for both of your following transaction dated 13th july 2009 & found that both the transaction are unsuccessful & we have not received the authorization from the bank on any of transaction.
Order No. MO[protected] amount Rs.160/- Unsuccessful transaction

kindly send us the scan copy of the bank statement if your a/c is debited for any of the transaction at [protected]@rechargeitnow.com.
