[Resolved] RechargeItNow.com — Recharge Failed | |
I tried recharge with www.rechargeitnow.com but the mobile had not recharged. Particulars are [protected][protected][protected] mobile no. [protected] order id 7942817 transaction id [protected] Amount Rs. 234/- payment by Netbanking Date 28.04.2010 [protected][protected][protected] There is debit of Rs 234 in my bank a/c but mobile a/c is not recharged. I tried to book complaint ticket on the same web site but it errors 'HTTP 404 NOT FOUND' I tried to report to '[protected]@rechargeitnow.com' however the mail is bounced back for reason 'mailbox <[protected]@rechargeitnow.com> is overquota on this domain (#5.2.2) (state 14).' I have recharged through www.rechageitnow.com for an amount of Rs.133 to Sun TV DTH via www.obconline.co.in on 07/11/10. The amount had been debited but the recharge was failed. I have sent even request to that concern company vide No.[protected] Dated on 23/11/10. But till now neither i got my money back or got recharged. So i request u consider my case.
